1. Develop a day to day maintenance program and make recommendations on enhancing agronomic conditions.2. Supervises material and supply ordering and buying practices.Health and Safety:31. Follows guidelines established by Yale Environmental Health and Safety.32. Provides appropriate personal protective equipment for staff.33. Monitors environmental records and regulations (i.e., water usage per state regulations).34. Notifies staff on all chemical applications to ensure safety.35. Preferred Education: Minimum of 2 yrs as a Golf Course Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent minimum of 3 yrs preferred. Familiarity with university and union work environments.
