RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate, eager to participate in school life, will be committed to fostering positive relationships for learning and building an inclusive culture, one dedicated to our core principles of character, educational vigor, diversity, and community. Additionally, the candidate will be one who leverages technology to inspire students and enhance learning.

The teaching load will be four to five, year-long sections including courses of Middle School Science and a collaborative experiential learning course, titled, X-Block. In addition to becoming a member of our Science department, the successful candidate will serve as an advisor to a group of 8-10 advisees and take on additional responsibilities advising a club, providing one to one support for students during skill-building classes, and serving on a division level or school-wide committee.

QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Science is required, and Master’s Degree preferred.
