The St. Andrews Club is looking for a highly motivated Assistant Superintendent to closely work with the Golf Course Superintendent and other Assistant Superintendent in all aspects of golf course and grounds maintenance. This includes, but is not limited to crew management, pesticide and fertilizer application and calibration, irrigation maintenance and repair, and moisture management.

The St. Andrews Club features an 18-hole Pete and Alice Dye designed, par-3 golf course located in between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway in Delray Beach, Florida. Our course was recently recognized by Golf Magazine as one of the top 25 best par-3 courses in the world. We are also designated as a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary through the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program for Golf Courses.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to receive agronomic training, career development and extensive warm season turfgrass experience under the mentorship of the Golf Course Superintendent.

The golf course is slated to undergo a regrassing and irrigation renovation in the summer of 2021.
