Throughout its history, Wykagyl has been touched by of some the most respected architects that the game has showcased in Donald Ross, A.W. Tilliinghast and Coore and Crenshaw. Our central attraction, our golf course, is a beautiful combination of their creativity and ability. Wykagyl presents a memorable experience to any member or guest who has played. Established in 1898; the club has a long and storied history of hosting PGA and LPGA events and is regarded as one of the top 100 classic golf courses in the United States.   

Wykagyl Country Club is seeking a highly motivated individual with intimate knowledge of grounds operations conducive to an upscale private country club. Primary Assistant Superintendent will be heavily involved in an intensive maintenance program and must be dedicated to professionalism and the job at hand.

                                                                                                                                   

  • Candidates should have a strong desire to succeed within the golf industry and be focused on personal growth and development
  • Candidates should have a strong back ground in pesticide and fertilizer application as well as irrigation system maintenance and operation
  • A successful candidate will be detail oriented, have previous leadership experience, be organized and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills are a must
  • Must be able to obtain a New York State Pesticide License
