Ideally, applicants should have at least five years of experience as an art teacher working with elementary age children. Ability and interest in collaboration is a must. Additional qualifications include excellent communication and organizational skills, flexibility, intelligence, sense of humor, and a demonstrated love for working with young children and their families.
