Greens Farms Academy seeks an Upper Elementary Lead Teacher to start in August of 2021. We are interested in candidates who have at least three years of experience; who possess a deep working knowledge of the social, emotional and academic needs of elementary children; who are well versed in the best practices for teaching language arts (literature, reading, writing, listening, and speaking), mathematics and social studies; who emanate joy in working with young people; and who are interested in alternative assessment, differentiated instruction, curriculum design, and innovation. Experience with Singapore Math, the Columbia Reading and Writing Program, Fundations (Wilson), Responsive Classroom, and RULER is preferred.
