St. Thomas More Parish School is located in Lynnwood, WA and is seeking a principal beginning in the 2021-2022 academic school year.   St. Thomas More School is a Pre-K through 8th grade with 200 students with a diverse community promoting the Catholic faith and inspire academic excellence.  St. Thomas More continues to receive a six year accreditation approval from the Western Catholic Educational Association.  The St. Thomas More Parish Community is committed to the growth and success of the school.

We seek a faith-filled inspired, energetic, proactive and collaborative principal to join us in our mission to provide an exceptional faith-based academic education for our students.  Ideal candidates are highly effective communicators and creative problem solvers who are enthusiastic about addressing the challenges of providing access to Catholic education for all, while also assisting in securing and maintaining a stable financial position so that our school will continue to grow and thrive in the future.

All candidates must be practicing Catholics and hold a current Washington State Principal Credential (or similar credential).  Candidates should be able to successfully assume responsibility for the day-to-day operation, administration of the school and building our school community.  They should be prepared to work closely with the pastor. the Parish Administrator, Advisory School Commission adn school parents as well as working with their fellow principals and the Archdiocesan School Office to ensure the vitality of our school.
