Work closely with Head Teacher to teach core subjects
Help assess students’ progress and maintain records; assist in the writing of reports and updating of class webpages; attend family conferences
Participate in weekly meetings and in professional development sessions
Fulfill community duties
Help to support remote learners through the use of online platforms
Lead a pod of 5-6 students, should social distancing be required for the 2021-2022 school year
Ideal candidates should possess:
Previous experience working with children at the early childhood and/or elementary level
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Current enrollment in, or completion of, a master’s degree program
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively
Interest in professional growth and schoolwide initiatives
Positive attitude and adaptability
