Early Learning Campus Instructional Coach & Creation/Design/Innovation (CDI) Teacher (Kindergarten and 1st Grade)

Position Summary:  This is a newly designed role. The instructional coach and/ CDI teacher will be a critical member of the early learning campus (ELC) faculty. As an instructional coach (not limited to the area of tech integration), you will work as a colleague with classroom teachers in all programs (French and International) to support student learning and best practices in teaching.  You will provide personalized, 1:1 support based on the goals and identified needs of individual teachers and teams who are interested in refining their craft. As part of this new role you will also be designing and teaching a new course for lower school students:  Creation, Design & Innovation Lab, an enrichment class that will delve into design thinking and emerging technologies. As the CDI Teacher, you will be responsible for developing this exciting new course in conjunction with the Lower School CDI teacher and Lower School Curriculum Coordinator! You will report to the Head of the Early Learning and be part of a schoolwide instructional coaching team working closely with the Director of Educational Technology.
