The Director of Admissions is broadly responsible for the strategic direction and overall leadership of retention plans and new student recruitment.

Major Position responsibilities:

  • Interpret the School Vision and Mission for prospective students
  • Creates alignment with the Strategic Plan with recruiting and retention plans
  • Recruit new students
  • On-board new families
  • Coordinate retention efforts
  • Serve on the school Leadership Team
  • Serve on the Marketing Committee

 

 

Position requirements:

  • One to five years of experience in admissions, preferably in the Independent School environment
  • Experience with recruiting and supporting International students
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
  • Experience with the best practices in database management
