Position Description Armstrong has a co-teaching model which includes: team teaching, one lead/one support, parallel teaching and alternative teaching. With this model, our homeroom co-teachers work closely to plan, develop and deliver differentiated instruction to students. Middle school homeroom teachers are responsible for leading daily advisory meetings with students and co-teacher. In the classroom, the teacher will work to create an educational setting where students have the opportunity to fulfill their personal and academic potential. Candidates will possess an interest in teaching students with Dyslexia and related learning challenges. The teacher will be responsible for organizing and implementing an instructional program that will capitalize on student strengths and result in students achieving academic success in accordance with Charles Armstrong methodology and mission.
