Loyola Academy is currently seeking a highly qualified individual(s) to teach Physics and Robotics for the 2021-2022 academic year.
Teaching experience and teaching certification preferred, experience working with different levels of learners
Experience teaching Physics, experience teaching Robotics preferred, but not required
Knowledge and experience with NGSS lesson plans & curriculum alignment
Creating content specific lesson plans; preparing & delivering instruction; creating and supervising laboratory activities; evaluating student performance; maintaining classroom records; communication with parents and colleagues; and participating in campus events.
A successful candidate possesses the following
Bachelors Degree in related field required, Masters preferred
An ability to motivate students
Deep knowledge of the content area
Organizational skills needed for appropriate class record keeping
Excellent communication ability with students, parents and colleagues
