St. Martin's Episcopal School
St. Martin’s Episcopal School is currently seeking an engaging Upper School Science Teacher who is intellectually curious, passionate, patient, and will inspire upper school students to explore and uncover the beauty of science within a challenging academic environment. This upper school curriculum covers Biology, Chemistry, and Physics with a number of electives. This position will be for the 2021-2022 academic school year. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in science or a related discipline, but an advanced degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following capacities:
Additional fundamentals of the position include, but are not limited to, an advisory role, weekly supervision duties, maintenance of organized and up-to-date student records, regular communication regarding student progress, and an active role in team planning, collaboration, and participating in daily, weekly, and quarterly meetings about student achievement.
