| Responsibilities Head-Royce School is seeking a culturally responsive, flexible, and enthusiastic educator to join our Math and Computer Science Department. Ideally, the candidate will have experience teaching from Algebra 1 through the upper level math classes, specifically AP or Honors Statistics or Data Science. In addition, we seek expertise teaching any Computer Science. We seek teachers who are not only excited by the content they teach, but who are also actively engaged in evolving their classroom pedagogy to reflect the needs of 21st Century learners. We want teachers who are excited to join our community of learners and collaborate with us on meeting our Strategic Plan Goals. Head-Royce teachers serve as advisors, club sponsors and participate in the life of the community. We seeks applicants who have a strong academic background, experience in anti-racist pedagogy, an awareness of ecological literacy, an understanding of adolescents, and a genuine fondness for working with students at this specific age level.
