St. Margaret’s is seeking an Assistant Teacher in the Early School for full time work, 7:15am – 3:45 pm, Monday through Friday. Working closely with the assigned Teacher, the Assistant Teacher will provide support for the growth and learning of young children ages 2-5 to promote their physical, mental, social, emotional and creative development.
The Early School Assistant Teacher must have a minimum of 12 core units in Early Childhood Education and preferably an ECE Certificate.
The Assistant Teacher should have knowledge and classroom experience in developmentally appropriate practices. Understanding the Reggio Emilia Approach is a plus but not required.
