Resurrection-St. Paul School, located in Ellicott City, Maryland seeks a dynamic leader as Principal. For 100 years, Resurrection-St. Paul School has been providing Catholic Education for students in Ellicott City and surrounding areas. As a STEM school, Resurrection-St Paul School delivers the Archdiocesan curriculum ensuring creativity, collaboration; critical thinking and communication skills are present. Resurrection-St. Paul School is a recognized PBIS Gold School, Maryland Green School and an Archdiocesan STEM School.
The Principal oversees the total educational program of the school and is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school. The Principal assures that programs that deal with the Catholic identity of the school are planned, implemented and evaluated in consultation with the School Board and the Superintendent of Catholic Schools. The Principal is ultimately responsible for overseeing an instructional plan that is consistent with the mission, philosophy, goals and objectives of the school. The Principal directly reports to the School Board and the Superintendent of Catholic Schools.
The school serves over 450 students in Grade Pre-K 3 – Grade 8
Practicing Roman Catholic with a demonstrated commitment to the mission of Catholic education
MSDE Admin II certification
A minimum of five years certified teaching experience at the elementary level
Three years of certified elementary (K-8) teaching experience in a Catholic School
Prior experience as an Assistant Principal/Principal
