St. Margaret’s Episcopal School is now accepting applications in the Personal Fitness and Wellness Department of the Upper School Division (9th-12th grade) and Middle School Division (6th-8th grade) for fall 2021. We are seeking a teacher who is a collaborative educator and an excellent communicator, with experience and a clear understanding of pedagogy and promising practices in education. As a school that values the experience an on-campus coach can provide to student-athletes, we are also looking for a candidate that can run high level varsity athletic programs.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, Health, or a related field. A Master’s Degree and a clear California Teacher Credential are preferred but not required. The qualified candidate will have 3+ years’ full-time classroom teaching experience. Independent school experience is a plus.
