Salary Range $17.71 - $23.50

Required Qualifications :
High school diploma/GED with two (2) or more years of accounts payable experience. Training/education may be substituted for some of the years of experience.
Comfortable working in a high volume processing environment adhering to processing and compliance standards.
Ability to perform as an effective, positive team member.
Ability to work independently.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Experience utilizing advanced computer skills/experience (Microsoft Word, email, database, and Excel spreadsheets)
Excellent history of attendance and on-time performance.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail.
Must have a demonstrated ability to retain and put into practice the policies related to this positon and the work being done.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in a healthcare/medical environment working with data/information subject to HIPAA/patient confidentiality.
Strong computer-based experience with integrated accounting database systems.
Demonstrated excellent attention to detail in both written and verbal communication.
Experience with University of Minnesota’s accounting and business procedures and software systems (Enterprise Financial System).
Ability to establish priorities and follow through with project deadlines.
Ability to independently troubleshoot problems with given resources and by self-research.
