Hebron Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled faculty member to join our dynamic science and engineering department for the the 2021-2022 school year.

The ideal candidate will:

• facilitate learning through student-driven inquiry methods rooted in scientific methodology and Hebron's academic principles which include effective communication, adaptable learning, responsible global citizenship, and self-leadership;
• be committed to nurturing the whole child by caring for the emotional and social needs of each student;
• provide a supportive and inclusive college preparatory learning environment.
• be comfortable using lab technology and facilitating experiments with students;
• collaborate on department-wide initiatives, curriculum development, and events.
• coach or lead an after-school activity for 2-3 seasons.
• participate fully in residential life including weeknight and weekend duty rotations.
• be a motivated self-starter.
