Second Grade Teacher Abington Friends School is a Quaker day school located just outside of Philadelphia. The school serves students from ages 3 years to 12th grade in three divisions. Position Description: Abington Friends Lower School seeks a full-time Lead Teacher for Second Grade. The Lead Teacher is responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, working with students and families, and collaborating with colleagues to create an inviting, stimulating, and safe learning environment. The Second Grade Lead Teacher will be an educator who is creative and flexible and recognizes the unique gifts and talents inherent in each child. The Abington Friends Lower School is a learning environment of joy, wonder, challenge and reflection with a strong sense of community.
