Lake Tahoe Preparatory School seeks to hire an experienced science and math teacher, who will be responsible for teaching five classes per semester.  The successful candidate will prepare and implement daily lesson plans as well as collaborate with colleagues.  

Candidates should have demonstrated success teaching to a range of learners and at least two years’ prior teaching experience.  Using a variety of strategies and modalities, the position will necessitate differentiation and consistent assessments. A Masters degree in a related field and AP experience is preferred.

The average class size at Lake Tahoe Prep is 5-9 students. This position is responsible for teaching chemistry, physics, algebra 1, and maybe a geometry class.
