Rice University is currently searching for a dynamic, collaborative Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. This Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as the primary HR contact for the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business, collaborating with school leaderships to proactively identify HR needs and serve as a resource on HR policies, procedures, and practices. The HRBP supports the Careers at Rice initiatives acting as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues and as an employee champion. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
The ideal candidate has experience in organizational development, change management and relationship building at all levels of leadership. Experience facilitating and administering the DiSC, MBTI or related assessments is also a plus.
