Manlius Pebble Hill School (MPH) seeks an experienced and dynamic educator to join us in our PreK classroom for the 2021-2022 school year. The only Pre-Kindergarten – Grade 12 independent school in Central New York, MPH provides the guidance and resources for students to develop and pursue their interests in a healthy and engaging educational setting. The responsibilities of this position will include working with Pre-K children, teachers, and parents to contribute to a supportive, dynamic environment that is responsive to student needs and interests. Please note that school day hours would be from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This candidate will work collaboratively with the lead Pre-K classroom teacher during the school day (from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.) and transition to our Lower School Extended Day Program (from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.). This candidate will also be a lead teacher at MPH Coverage Days during select school breaks, on select school days off, as well as during the MPH Kick-Off to Summer Program in June 2022. An associate’s degree is required; bachelor’s degree and/or teaching experience at the early-learning level is preferred.
