Chicago Friends School seeks an elementary assistant teacher for a mixed grade classroom. They will work with the lead teacher in the classroom, and take on instructional duties, including morning meeting and closing circle, teach special subjects such as science, social studies or health, manage students at recess and lunch, and lead reading and math groups. The amount of leadership this person will take depends on their experience, readiness and rate of learning.
