Has experience in elementary and middle school education pedagogy

Has strong background in curriculum and instruction
Has an understanding and experience with school budgeting
Is responsible for ensuring the PBIS and MTSS programs are in place
Has experience in restorative justice as a means in implementing the discipline program
Is visible in the community and school events
Is knowledgeable in special education
Has collaborative leadership skills
Has background in the cycle of inquiry and professional learning community model
Has experience as an assistant principal or other admin position
Additional Salary Information: Placement on the Admin Salary Schedule depending upon training and experience.
Los Molinos Unified School District is located in a rural setting in Tehama County, 25 miles north of Chico on Highway 99E near the Sacramento River and east of the rolling foothills of the Sierra Cascade. The district was founded in 1925. In the mid-1960s, Vina Elementary School District unified with Los Molinos School District.
