Brewster Academy, a private co-educational boarding/day school located in Wolfeboro, NH is seeking a dynamic teacher for our Science department. Individuals must be willing to work as a member of a student-focused, collaborative faculty team. Our curriculum model is designed to meet a range of student abilities. Ideal candidates will have the skills and versatility to teach a variety of texts and levels (Chemistry and Physics) for a cognitively diverse college-preparatory population.
Qualified candidates will show evidence of exceptional teaching, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen understanding of the developmental needs of high school boarding students. As a member of the Brewster faculty, candidates can expect to coach, lead equivalent afternoon responsibilities live in a dorm or serve as a dorm affiliate, and serve as an advisor in addition to teaching 4 sections.
